The goals of the federation are to popularize and develop the sport of ship models in Lithuania, to increase youth employment. To achieve these goals, the Federation carries out the following activities: organizes competitions, various events, establishes and develops relationships with organizations with similar goals in Lithuania and abroad, evaluates and publicly expresses its opinion about the development of model ship sports in Lithuania, disseminates information about its activities, promotes the goals and objectives of the Federation, carries out educational activities among the members of the Federation and the public.
